<br />AN ErIERGENCY ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUE OF SPECIAL
<br />ASSESSPIENT BONDS_IN ANTICIPATION OF THE COLLECTION OF SPECIAL
<br />ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IrtPROVMfENT OF RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD BETWEEN
<br />CERTAIN TERMINI BY GRADING, DRAINING, CURBING, PAVING AND
<br />CONSTRIICTING CURB CONNECTIONS WfIERE NECESSARY AND APPURTENANCES,
<br />AND FOR THE IIMPROVMIENT OF RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD BETWEEN CERTAIN
<br />TERMINI BY THE CONSTRUCTION OE A WATER MAIN AND APPURTENANCES
<br />AND FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF idORTON PARK DRIV.E, NOI?TH WOODT,ANF:
<br />DRIVE, NORMe1N LANE, SOUTH WOODLANE DRIVE, AND WOODLANE DRIVE BY
<br />GRADING, DRAINING, AND PAVING WITH ASPHALTIC MATERIALS TOGETHER
<br />WITH ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES.
<br />wHt?aFaS, this Council has requested the Clerk-Treasurer to issue his
<br />certificate as to the estimated life of the improvements hereinafter described,
<br />the property owners' portion of said cost to be discharged from the proceeds
<br />of bonds hereinafter referred to, and as to the maximum maturity'of such bonds,
<br />and the Clerk-Treasurer has cer.tified to this Council such estimated life of
<br />each said improvements as exceeding 5 years and has further certified the
<br />maximum maturity of said bonds as 20 years; and
<br />EMEREAS, notes of this Village in the amounts of,$37,840.00 (covering
<br />the two Ridgebury Boulevard improvements) and in the amourit of $94,450.00,
<br />plus a supplemental note in the amount of $22,000.00 covering the improvement
<br />of Worton Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South jdoodlane Drive,.
<br />and Woodlane Drive, have been issued and sold in anticipation of the issuance
<br />of bonds hereinafter referred to and a;e now due and payable; and
<br />WHEREAS, in pursuance to Ordinance No. 1004, passed May 15, 1967,
<br />levying special assessments in the amount of $20,771.00 to provide a fund for
<br />the payment of principal and interest of said bonds to be issued in anticipa-
<br />tion of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of Ridgebury
<br />Boulevard between the termini and in the manner specified in Resolution No. 614
<br />adopted September 17, 1964, for the grading, draining, curbing, and paving of
<br />said street, and to cover the property owners' cost of said improvement, the
<br />Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield has certified that said special
<br />assessments in the aggregate amount of $5,790.69 have been paid in cash
<br />during the period provided by law for said improvement; and
<br />WHEREAS, in pursuance to Ordinance No. 1005, passed May 15, 1967,
<br />levying special assessments in the sum of $14,270.10 to provide a fund for
<br />the payment of the principal and interest of said bonds to be issued in anti-
<br />cipation of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of said
<br />Ridgebury Boulevard between the termini and in the manner specified in Resolution?,
<br />No. 615 adopted September 17, 1964, by the eonstruction of a water main and ,
