BEECH HILL ROAD from Wilson Mills Road to Bonnieview Road, <br />BUTTERNUT DRIVE from Walnut Drive to the Southerly terminus <br />of Butternut Drive, <br />SANDALWOOD ROAD (proposed) for its entire length, <br />HICRORY HILL DRIVE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />BLUEBERRY CIRCLE (propased) for its entire length, <br />WOODBINE CIRCLE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />OAKTON CIRCLE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />RAT.EIGH DRIVE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />DERBY DRIVE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />CHASE DRIVE (proposed) far its entire length, <br />FOXBORO:'DRZVE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />AINTREE PARK DRIVE (propased) for its entire length, <br />NORTHBORO DRIVE (proposed) for its entire length, <br />HUNT CIRCLE (proposed) for its entire length. <br />The property abutting the above described streets is hereby assessed at <br />the rate of nine (9) cents per front foot, which is the amount of the special <br />benefits to said property. <br />Sec. 2. That there be levied and assessed, and there is hereby levied <br />and assessed, upon the land bounding and abutting upon the streets hereinabove <br />described as benefiting by said improvement the several amounts heretofore <br />reported to this Council, which assessments together with the description of <br />said lots and lands is now on file in the.offica of the Clerk of said Village <br />and which assessment and the several amounts thereof are in proportion to the <br />benefits accruing to the property assessed. <br />Sec. 3. That the total assessments shall be paid in one annual <br />installment together with the general taxes for each of the tax years 1967, <br />1965, 1969, 1970 and 1971.
