ORDINANCE No. 1025 <br />By Mr. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CENTRAL NATIONAl BANK OF <br />CLEVELQND AND.THE NATIONAI, CITY BANK_OF CLEVLT,AND <br />A$ I.EGAL DEPQSITORIES_FOR.THE.VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD <br />BE IT RESOLVED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIII.D, CUYAHOGA COiNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Central National Bank of Cleveland and The National City <br />Bank of Cleveland be, and they hereby are, designated to.be depositories <br />of the Active Funds of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the period of <br />two years commencittg August 23, 1967, and ending August 22, 1969. <br />Sec. 2. Central National Bank of Cleveland and The National <br />City Bank of Clevelattd be, and they.hereby are, designated to be depositories <br />of the Inactive Funds of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the period of <br />two years commencing August 23, 1967, and ending August 22, 1969. <br />Sec. 3. The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to cause <br />funds of the Village to be deposited.in the banks named in Sections 1 and <br />2 hereo£ during said period of time. <br />Sec. 4. The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to certify <br />a copy of this Resolution to each of the banks named itt Sections 1 and 2 <br />hereof. <br />Sec. 5. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order to <br />safeguard properly the funds of the Village and this ordinance shall be in <br />force and go into effect immediately upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of August, 1967. <br />3AJL2 G?
