ORDINANCE No. 1026 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />? <br />? <br />I? <br />C <br />v <br />a <br />UJ <br />II') <br />? <br />W <br />LL <br />Cb <br />r_y <br />O <br />Q <br />m <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE A PETTY CASH EUND <br />FOR THE BUIZDING INSPECTOR <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIEI,D, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. There is hereby created a Petty Cash Fund to be itt charge <br />of the Building Inspector of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio. <br />Sec. 2. There shall be paid from the General Fund the sum of $25.00 . <br />into the Petty Cash Fund of the Building Inspector, and_from said Fund the <br />Building Inspector shall be authorized to pay emergency expenses for the <br />purposes of said department which, while within the general scope of expenses <br />authorized by the current appropriation ordinance, have not been specifically <br />authorized, payment for which cannot be postponed until the ttext meeting of <br />Couttcil. The Building Ittspector shall take a receipt for such payments <br />and shall present them at the next meeting of the Council and, if Council <br />approves such payments, it shall order the reimbursement of the Petty Cash <br />Fund of the Building Inspector to the?extent of such payments, so that <br />immediately after each couttcil meeting there shall always be the sum of <br />$25.00 available in said Fund for use until the next Council meetittg. <br />Sec. 3.
