<br />Sec. 4. Driving Through Parades Prohibited. No driver of any vehicle <br />shall drive between the vehicles or persons comprising a parade.or other <br />authorized procession when such vehicles or persons are in motion and are <br />conspicuously designated as a parade or procession. This section shall not <br />apply to emergency vehicles. <br />Sec. 5. Littering and Damage. The person or organizatiott obtainittg <br />a permit for a parade or procession shall be responsible for cleaning up <br />any paper or other litter on the street or public grounds caused by the <br />holding of such parade or processiott, and if such Applicant fails to do so <br />he shall be liable for any damage to personal or real property caused by <br />the holding of such parade or procession. If such Applicant fails to clean <br />said litter or to have such damage to property repaired withitt 3 days after <br />the date of such parade or procession, then the Village of Mayfield may <br />proceed to have said street or grounds or park cleaned or to have damage to <br />real or personal property repaired and the person or organization holding <br />said permit shall be liable to the Village of Mayfield for reimbursement <br />for such expense. <br />Sec. 6. Penalty. Whoever shall conduct or take part in a parade or <br />procession as hereinabove defined without a permit in force, or whoever shall <br />violate any of the terms of this ordinance, shall be guilty of a misdemeattor <br />and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $50.00 or <br />imprisoned in jail for not more than 30 days or both. <br />Sec. 7.
