<br />?J? "In order to allow a reasanable minimum clearance from structures <br />and adjacent trees, easements should be six feet wide on each parcel, <br />total minimum width 12 feet. Easements should be continuous from <br />block to block; in some blocks, ingress only may be necessary. Street <br />lighting wires shall be extended along side lot lines to lighting <br />standards along the street rights-of-way. <br />"c. Street Lightin System• <br />"In subdivisions served by underground electric service, provisions <br />shall be made for the ultimate installation of street lighting standards <br />on local streets by the electric utility serving the subdivision spaced <br />no farther apart than every fourth lot. <br />"Provision shall be made for the ultimate installation of street <br />lighting standards on arterial and collector streets by the electric <br />utility serving the subdivision to provide lighting intensity meetings <br />the minimUm recommendations of American Standard Practice for Roadway <br />Lighting. <br />"Until used, the wiring so provided shall be safely insulated <br />and/or de-energized. <br />Sec. 2. Itt all other respects, Section 6 of said Ordinance No. 468, as <br />amended by Ordinances Nos. 566 and 825, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Sec. 3.
