O~•dinance 2008-15 <br />CONTRACTORS' RETAINAGE FUND: That there be appropriated from the Contractors' <br />Retainage Fund the sum of: <br />$139,959.92 <br />TOTAL BUDGET <br />$26,385,989.25 <br />Section 2. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items <br />that were encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase <br />order that was duly approved and encumbered in a prior year. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw wan ants for pa}nnent for any of <br />the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers thereof, approval <br />by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by <br />ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or <br />paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law <br />or ordinances. <br />Section 4. The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2008, is further authorized <br />to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Ten Thousand <br />Dollars ($10,000.00); and <br />B.
