1381.01 DEFINITION. For purposes of this chapter "dish antenna", also referred to as a satellite dish, means any antenna or receiver earth station over ~~°~'~T ~~••r ~~°~°° one meter in diameter designed, constructed or modified to bring in or receive °°'-°~~~~° ~°~°~~~~~~~ video programming, including all data transmission signals. (Ord. 95-09. Passed 2-20-95) 1381.02 PERMIT REQUIRED. No person, firm or corporation shall erect a satellite dish in the Municipalitywithout first securing a permit in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 84-5. Passed 1-16-84.) 1381.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; PLANS. (a) The owner, part owner or occupant of any lot, premises or parcel of land within the Municipality who desires to construct or erect a satellite dish at any location within the Municipality shall apply to the Building Commissioner for the permit referred to in Section 1381.02. (b) The Commissioner shall issue such permit provided the applicant: (1) Submits a written application upon forms furnished bythe Commissioner or approved by him, with a plot plan of the lot, premises or parcel attached showing the exact location of the proposed satellite dish; a description of the kind of satellite dish, and the plans and specifications showing the elevations, where it is to be erected, and of the dish itself, and sufficient details to show the method of assembly and construction. Each set of plans and specifications shall give the address of the work, name and address of the owner of the property, and of the person who prepared the plans and specifications.
