Ordinance No. 2008-44 <br />Section 2 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 3: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2008, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000.00); and <br />B. From the General Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Five Dollars <br />($235,000.00); and <br />C. From the General Fund to the Northwest Quadrant Project the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00); <br />and <br />D. From the General Fund to the OBBC Permit Fee Fund the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); and <br />E. From the S.C.M.&R. Fund to the Seneca Road Construction Fund the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Nine <br />Thousand Dollars ($429,000.00) ;and <br />F. From the Infrastructure Improvement Fund to the Raleigh/Culvert #9 Fund the sum of One Hundred Sixteen <br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($116,500.00); and <br />G. From the North Commons TIF Fund to the General Bond Retiretent Fund the sum of Eight Hundred Four <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($804,700.00); and <br />H. From the Governor's Village TIF Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Fifty Two <br />Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and Ninety Four Cents ($52,686.94); and <br />I.
