The <br />Village understands that Wireless Environment is a successful, fast growing company founded in <br />2006. Since its founding, Wireless Enviromnent has become a design leader in the wireless LED <br />lighting market. As a result, you are looking to expand your operations and require additional <br />square footage to accommodate recent growth and facilitate future anticipated growth. As part of <br />your due diligence process, you have inquired about economic development programs that <br />Mayfield Village may have in place. The purpose of this letter is to outline the Economic <br />Development Incentive Program that Mayfield Village currently utilizes to incentivize companies <br />to relocate to Mayfield Village and to propose the terms of an economic development incentive <br />grant (the "Incentive Grant") for Wireless Environment. <br />It is our understanding that Wireless Environment's relocation to Beta Drive would involve the <br />following; <br />• Entering into a lease for a minimum of five years for the use of between 45,000 and <br />50,000 square feet of space at 600 Beta Drive (the "Lease"); <br />• The addition of between 15 and 20 full-time jobs in Mayfield Village; <br />• Approximately $30,000 per year in withholding tax payments to the Village resulting <br />from an annual payroll of $1,500,000 (please forward documentation of your 2014 and <br />2015 payroll as soon as possible); and <br />• Use of the space at 600 Beta as offices for Wireless Environment's headquarters, as well <br />as distribu#ion space, which complies with the current zoning of the property in the <br />Warehouse-Distribution zoning district. <br />Based on the information above including documentation of your 2014 and 2015 payroll, Mayfield <br />Village's Community and Economic Development Committee ("CEDC") has recommended these <br />proposed Perms: <br />{02058950 - 1 } <br />
