The Village understands that Wireless Environment is a successful, fast growing company founded in 2006. Since its founding, Wireless Enviromnent has become a design leader in the wireless LED lighting market. As a result, you are looking to expand your operations and require additional square footage to accommodate recent growth and facilitate future anticipated growth. As part of your due diligence process, you have inquired about economic development programs that Mayfield Village may have in place. The purpose of this letter is to outline the Economic Development Incentive Program that Mayfield Village currently utilizes to incentivize companies to relocate to Mayfield Village and to propose the terms of an economic development incentive grant (the "Incentive Grant") for Wireless Environment. It is our understanding that Wireless Environment's relocation to Beta Drive would involve the following; • Entering into a lease for a minimum of five years for the use of between 45,000 and 50,000 square feet of space at 600 Beta Drive (the "Lease"); • The addition of between 15 and 20 full-time jobs in Mayfield Village; • Approximately $30,000 per year in withholding tax payments to the Village resulting from an annual payroll of $1,500,000 (please forward documentation of your 2014 and 2015 payroll as soon as possible); and • Use of the space at 600 Beta as offices for Wireless Environment's headquarters, as well as distribu#ion space, which complies with the current zoning of the property in the Warehouse-Distribution zoning district. Based on the information above including documentation of your 2014 and 2015 payroll, Mayfield Village's Community and Economic Development Committee ("CEDC") has recommended these proposed Perms: {02058950 - 1 }
