RESOLUTION N0.2014-01 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION CONFIRIVIING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF RONALD WYNNE AS THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION. WHEREAS, the Mayor has reappointed Ronald Wynne, Director of Finance for Mayfield Village, pursuant to Article 5, Section 5 of the Village's Charter; and WHEREAS, Council deems it necessary and in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of all Village residents to confirm this reappointment and establish the terms, conditions and compensation. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor's reappointment of Ronald Wynne as Director of Finance for Mayfield Village, Ohio is hereby confirmed, subject to all applicable Village Ordinances and to the terms, conditions and compensation hereinafter established. SECTION 2. That upon the effective date of this reappointment and confirmation by Council, Ronald Wynne will serve as Director of Finance effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. SECTION 3. Ronald Wynne shall be entitled to be compensated at the rate set forth in the Village's wage ordinance per year for all services rendered to the municipality in his capacity as the Director of Finance. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
