~J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-29 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING THE OFFICIAL INTENT AND <br />REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF OHIO (THE BORROWER) <br />TO REIMBURSE ITS EASTGATE/HEADOWOOD <br />SANITARY SEWER CONVERSION FUND FOR THE <br />EASTGATE/MEADOWOOD SANITARYSEWER <br />AND WATER LINES PROJECT, <br />LOANPROJECTNO. CA17R/CA18R, WITH THE PROCEEDS OF <br />TAX EXEMPT DEBT OF THE STATE OF OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Mayfield reasonably expects to receive a <br />reimbursement for the project named Eastgate/Meadowood Sanitary Sewer and Water <br />Lines Project as set forth in Appendix A of the Project Agreement with the proceeds of <br />bonds to be issued by the State of Ohio. <br />WHEREAS, the maximum aggregate principal amount of bonds, other than for <br />costs of issuance, expected to be issued by the State of Ohio for reimbursement to the <br />local subdivision is $726,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is hereby directed to file a <br />copy of this Resolution with the Village of Mayfield for the inspection and examination <br />of all persons interested therein and to deliver a copy of this Resolution to the Ohio Public <br />Works Commission. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents <br />
