Lt <br />?? <br />? <br />A RESCDLUTION TNJAN KING <br />• SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOREN9r4Id JAMES DOLATOWSKI <br />FOR HIS DEDICATION AND SERVICE TO IVIAYFIELD i/ILLAGE AND <br />CONGRATULATING HIM ON HiS RETIREMENT <br />WHEREAS, Jarnes ("Jim") Dolatowski recently retired from the Mayfield Village Service <br />Department after over 17 years of service; and <br />WHEI3EAS, Jim Dolatowski was hired on a part-time basis in the Service Department in 1995, <br />secured a full-time position in 1998, and, as a result of his knowledge, skill and leadership skills, was <br />promoted to the position of Lands & Buildings Foreman in 2006; and <br />UI/HEREAS, since that time, Jim Dolatowski has been responsible for the maintenance of all <br />Village facilities and properties; and <br />WHEREAS, Jim Dolatowski's day-to-day duties brought him in contact with many residents <br />and community groups and, without fail, he went above and beyond expectations to assist them in <br />any way possible; and <br />VVHEREAS, Jim has a way of making someone's day: Ever ready with a story to tell or a joke <br />to share; an inveterate set-up mari for a good laugh; and <br />. WHEREAS, Jim's retirement will allow him to free up time to travel with his wife Charmaine, <br />spend time with his new granddaughter, Mallory, catch a few basketball games, and maybe even <br />brush up on his accordion! <br />IV011V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCiL OF MAYFIELD VILLA?GE, OHIO, <br />THAT: <br />James Dolatowski be and is hereby recogniaed for <br />over sevemteen (17) years of eledication and tireless service to May°field Village. <br />SECTION 1. The Village of Mayfield, its Mayor, Council, residents, employers, employees and <br />officials wish to thank James Dolatowski for his years of dedicated service on behalf of the Village and <br />congratulate him on his retirement. He will be sorely missed. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to <br />the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare duplicate <br />original copies of this Resolution. One such original shall be presented to James Dolatowski. The <br />other original shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a lasting tribute to James <br />Dolatowski. <br />. SECTION 4.
