M11 YFIELD VILLAC'iE IDIaOFESSIONAL SERVICESl4GREEMENT THIS AGREEMEENT, made and entered 'ulto this day of , 2013, by and between Mayfield Village, Ohio, a Municipal Corporation (llereinafter referred to as "Village") and the Cleveland Restoration Society (liereinafter referred ta as "CRS"). WHEREAS, CRS has established a linked deposit loan program referred to as the Heritage Hoine ProgramSM (the "Program") far the purpose of enhancing older properties in the participafing communities; and WHEREAS, the Village has determined and is authorized to enter into an agreement with the Cleveland Restoration Soeiety for the pwpose of providing professional technical assistance to the owners of hnuses that are over 50 years old in the Village (tlie "Older Housing") in connectiozi with tlie Village's participation in the Program; and NOVU, THEREFORE, the Village and CRS, in eonsideration of the iZiutual coveiiairt5 hereinafter set forth, agree as follows: SECTION 1. SCOPE Or SERVICES. The Cleveland Restoration Society agrees to perform the following teclinical assistance services for tlic pcrioci c;overed by,this Agreement: GENERAL HERITAGE HOIVIE PROGRAM L Cooperate with the Village and the County and assist in the establislunent and implementation of administrative procedures related fo the Heritage Home ProgramsM (the Program). 2: Assist the Village in inarketing the Program to approxima-rely 593 owrie,:s of the Older Housing. Such marketing efforts will include a mass mailing, at the expense of the CRS, to all such owners of a postcard about the Program. They wili also include providing matel7a.ls on the Arogra:m fcir distribtition aY pLiblic buildings in the Village including Village Hall aild any libraries, and providing; links for the Village's web site to the Program web site. Such marketing can aIso include displaying a terriporary Prngram sign, diiring construc"tion, in the fiont yard ofpropcrtics participating iii the Program. Such sign is to be a non-commercial sign, in compliance with Village codes and approved by the Village, displayed on_ each participating property for a period not to cxeccd six months. 3. Provide technical assistance on the preservation, rehabilifiation, and improvement of the Village'S Older Housing to any property owner making a request.
