Member Communities shall <br />update the District when local regulations pertaining to stormwater managexnent are revised in <br />order for the District to maintain a curcent list of standards. <br />Section 4.0 - Procedures for Submittal and Review <br />Per Title V_, a Stormwater Manage_ment_ Plan, is def ned as_ written_documents, calculations. and <br />engineeiing drawings that estatilish the stormwater management for a particular site, parcel, or <br />area which meet the requirements of a Member Community's stormwater regulation. This rnay <br />also include other items the Member Community may deem needs District review. This section <br />outlines the proceduzes involved with the review process. <br />Section 4.1 Submittal <br />Stormwater Management Plan documentation in the sepu•ate sewer azea of the. District's <br />Stormwater Service Area shall be submitted in hazd copy or.electronic format (preferred) to the <br />District within seven (7) business days of the submission,of such plans to the Member <br />Community. The Regional Stormwater System is defined in Title V as the entire system <br />of watercourses, stormwater conveyance structures, and Stormwater Control Measures in the <br />District's Stormwater Service Area that are owned and/or operated by the District or over which <br />the District has right of use for the management of stormwater, including both naturally <br />occurring and constructed facilities. The Regional Stormwater System generally includes watercourses, stormwater conveyance <br />structures and Stormwater Control Measures reeeiving drainage from three hundred (300) acres <br />of land or more. A map of the Regional Stormwater System is in Appendix A. <br />Title V defines a Stormwater Control Measure.as an activity; measure,. structure, device, or <br />facility tliat helps to achieve stormwater management objectives including, without limitation, <br />schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, operation and maintenance procedures, . <br />treatment requirements, and other practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of water resources, <br />to control stormwater volume and/or rate, or to otherwise limit impacts to the Regional <br />Stormwater System. The District's review is not intended to duplicate or replace the Member Community review <br />process. Using a watershed approach, the District will review Stormwater Management Plans
