,.. <br />- ? <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012-05 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION <br />OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />WITH RESPECT TO THE <br />WILDCAT PARK PROJECT <br />AT THE MAYFIELD HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC AREA. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular meeting on February <br />6, 2012, passed a motion to recommend to Council the approval of the Wildcat Project at <br />the Mayfield High School Athletic Area; and <br />WEiEREAS, Council moves to approve the Project based upon the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission's recommendation. <br />NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The action of the Planning and Zoning Commission at its February <br />6, 2012 regular meeting recommending to Council the approval of the Wildcat Park <br />Project is hereby confirmed by Council. <br />SECT'ION 2. The Council fmds and determines that all formal actions of the <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution ha'v'e been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />SECTION-3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents <br />of Mayfield Village. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the
