Addendum "A" <br />Hillcrest Regional Fire Investigation Strike Force Agreement <br />This document is Addendtun "A" to the Hillcrest Regional Fire Investigation Strike Force <br />Agreement dated xune 2012, which includes the participating municipalities of the <br />Hillcrest Regibnal Fire Investigation Sti-ike Force: <br />Addendum "A"s specific purpose and intent is in naming the annual membership fee of <br />the participating communities as outlined in Pazagraph four (4) of said Agreement. <br />For good and valuable consideration the participating municipalities make the following <br />additions or changes a part of the Agreement as if.contained therein, and tYiat on. <br />2012, a 2/3 affirmative vote was declared by the Fire Chiefs of the participating. <br />municipalities of fitie:lIillcrest Fire Investigation Strike Foxce, Which determined the membership <br />fee to be $ SOOZ per anntun, with s.aid fee oceurring with. the rieat annual gayznent on <br />or after January 1, 20_4&_. y No other terms or conditions of the Hillcrest Regional Fire Investigation Strike Force <br />Agreement are changed as a result of this addendum. <br />So say those Fire Chief s who attest Po an affirmative vote of the participatang anunicipalities; <br />Fire Chief ,? , Municipalify . 4 Date C. .?
