RESOLUTION N0.2010-OS <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT <br />OF RONALD WYNNE AS THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE <br />FOR HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS, <br />CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION. <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has reappointed Ronald Wynne, Director of Finance for <br />Mayfield Village, pursuant to Article 5, Section 5 of the Village's Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems it necessary and in the best interest of the health, safety <br />and welfare of all Village residents to confirm this reappointment and establish the terms, <br />conditions and compensation. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Mayor's reappointment of Ronald Wynne as Finance Director for <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio is hereby confirmed and retroactive from January 1, 2010, subject to <br />all applicable Village Ordinances and to the terms, conditions and compensation hereinafter <br />established. <br />SECTION 2. That upon the effective date of this reappointment and confirmation by <br />Council, Ronald Wynne shall be entitled to be compensated at the rate set forth in the <br />Village's wage ordinance per year for all services rendered to the municipality in his capacity <br />as the Director of Finance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; <br />and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that it provides for the administration of the Law <br />Department, a function mandated by Charter.
