Ordinance 2002-08 <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Project Fund the sum of Twenty-Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00); and <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($200,000.00); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Upper 40 Drainage Improvement Fund the sum of Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($50,000.00); and <br />F. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of One <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and <br />G. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Four- <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and deternunes that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take <br />effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council <br />and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />First Reading: March 18 , 2002 <br />Second Reading: March 18 , 2002 <br />Third Reading: March 18, , 2002 <br />PASSED: March 18 , 2002 <br />Mayf`ield Village 2002 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 6 of 7
