ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 19 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION <br />PLAT OF AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT AND A <br />SIGN EASEMENT FROM THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD TO <br />GOVERNOR'S VILLAGE, LLC. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mayfield desires to accept the dedication plat of an <br />easement for ingress and egress and a sign easement to Governor's Village, LLC. <br />IVOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Village of Mayfield hereby accepts the dedication plat of the <br />easement for ingress and egress and for signage attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and <br />incorporated herein for all purposes related to or incidental to its use as granted by the <br />Village of Mayfield pursuant to its easement agreement with Governor's Village, LLC. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is instructed to endorse the acceptance upon the <br />easement plat and have recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Cuyahoga <br />County. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; <br />and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the <br />affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the <br />Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />f <br />WILLIAM BUCKH <br />Council President
