-/i(j /D ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 21 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE APPROVING A LOT CONSOLIDATION OF PROPERTY OWNED BY ALVIN I. KRENZLER WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on June 3, 2002 approved the Lot Consolidation Plat relative to property owned by Alvin I. Krenzler, and particularly known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-13-003 and 831-13-006; and WHEREAS, such lot consolidation is deemed to be in the best interests of the Village and its residents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The lot consolidation plat attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", and pertaining to Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-13-003 and 831-13-006 is herein and hereby approved. SECTION 2. The Clerk is authorized to cause such plat to be recorded with the appropriate publication agencies as determined by the Village engineer after the same is executed and approved by all appropriate officials and bodies. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all format actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
