-/i(j /D <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 21 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE APPROVING A LOT <br />CONSOLIDATION OF PROPERTY OWNED BY <br />ALVIN I. KRENZLER <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on June 3, 2002 approved the Lot <br />Consolidation Plat relative to property owned by Alvin I. Krenzler, and particularly known <br />as Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-13-003 and 831-13-006; and <br />WHEREAS, such lot consolidation is deemed to be in the best interests of the <br />Village and its residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The lot consolidation plat attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit "A", and pertaining to Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-13-003 and 831-13-006 is herein <br />and hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk is authorized to cause such plat to be recorded with the <br />appropriate publication agencies as determined by the Village engineer after the same is <br />executed and approved by all appropriate officials and bodies. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all format actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; <br />and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements <br />including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the <br />affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the <br />Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />WILLIAM BUCKHOLTZ <br />Council President
