<br />PURCFIASE AGREEMEN T <br />This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day o2002, <br />between JUNE M. KLEINSORGE,(hereinafter called "Seller") and MAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />(hereinafter called "Buyer"). <br />VVHEREAS, the Buyer is the Mayfield Village, which is located in the County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and is fully authorized to enter into this Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Seller agrees to sell to Buyer and Buyer agrees to purchase the <br />following described real estate, with any appurtenances, located in the County of <br />Cuyahoga, Village of Mayfield, and State of Ohio: <br />6565 Highland Road <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-11-021 <br />The terms of #he Agreernent are as fol9ows: <br />1. Pl1RCHASE-PRICE. The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase <br />the,real estate set forth above for the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars <br />($140;000.00) . Such purchase shall be contingent upon Village Council's approval which <br />shall be obtained no later than sixty (60) days from the execution of this Agreement. <br />2. THE PREMISES. The purchase price set forth above shall include a one-story <br />single-family dwelling, also known as Permanent Parcel No. 831-11-021. <br />3. POSSESSION. Buyer shall be entitled to take possession of said premises on <br />w T a?, 2002. Seller shall be responsible for any and all utilities consumed upon the <br />premises, until possession is transferred to Buyer. Buyer and Seller shall cooperate to have <br />any and all utilities transferred as of the date of possession and Seller shall order final <br />meter readings as of said date. <br />4. TAXES. Seller shall pay all delinquent taxes, including penalties and interest, <br />and all other real estate taxes which are a lien on the closing date, prorated to that date
