Most of the changes to the ordinance involve transfers. The changes are as
foliows:
Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund: An increase of
$25,000 from $25,000 to $50,000 to bolster the amount of funds available to undertake
storm drainage work.
Transfer from the General Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund: An increase of $500,000
from $200,000 to $700,000 to retire the Parkview Pool Loan.
Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund:
From $0 to $300,000 to paydown on funds borrowed for the purchase of the Church.
Transfer from North Commons T.I.F. to General Bond Retirement Fund: A decrease of
$100,000 from $400,000 to $300,000 to reflect actual T.I.F. revenues versus projections.
If you have any questions regarding any of these adjustments, please fee free to contact
me at your eazliest convenience.
