Ordinance 2002-32 <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payxnent for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly <br />approved and encumbered in a prior year. The Decemlier 31, 2001 encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund $585,818.89 <br />Street LightingFund $8,519.03 <br />SCM&R Fund $19,205.51 <br />Community Room Fund $7,068.67 <br />Hillcrest Area Fire Radio Fund $750.00 <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $90.15 <br />Infrastructure Improvement Fund $20,505.00 <br />Capital Improvement Fund $1,380.00 <br />Upper 40 Project Fund $2,514.47 <br />Northwest Quadrant Fund $94,185.47 <br />S.O.M. Center Widening Project Fund $160,376.09 <br />Parkview Pool Construction Fund $10,777.93 <br />O.B.B.C. Fee Fund $45.14 <br />Performance Bond Fund $11,227.94 <br />Contractors' Retainage Account $30,104.50 <br />$952,568.79 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures,, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or, ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2002, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars <br />($10,000); and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000.00); and <br />Mayfield Village 2002 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 5 of 7
