The Village has zequested Utility to relncate certain vf its facilities in <br />order to facilitate the S.O.M. Center RoadlState Route 91 Road \1Videcvng Project <br />("Project"), Phases I, and Il. <br />2_ Utility will agree to relocate such facilities purssuar?t to the terms and <br />conditions contained herein. <br />In consideration of the foregoing, thc payenents and the mutual agreements <br />cotrta.ined herein, the parties agree as follows: ARTICLE I.
