A1tTICLE M. PAYMENTS 1. Amount The Village shrall pay U4ility for accomglishment of all services and overhead required hereunder, for Phase I of Project, an estitnated price of Two Hundred, Ninety Thousand Dollars ($290,727.00) as set forth in Exhibit "E", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, but said amount is to be adjusted in order that Utiiity's ultimate costs, to be paid by Village, are the actual costs, incurced by Utility when said- actuat costs are knvwn and certified. Tn addition, V'illage shall pay Utility any and all land costs and fees ("Land Costs"), in,aluding, but not limited to, atl of Util`nty's fees for the release of original easements, all purchase amounts, costs and fees associated with new Private Easements acquisations, and all of Utility's Land Servnces labor and overhead coscs.
