Ordinance 2002-4I C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Proj ect Fund the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00); and D. Transfer from the General Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00); and E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Upper 40 Drainage Improvement Fund the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00); and F. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00); and G. Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) H. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Three- Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00). Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
