56A OVI• Willful Misconduct• Speed 333.99 <br />(b) No person shall participate in street racing upon any public road, street or highway <br />in this Municipality . <br />(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of street racing, a misdemeanor of the first <br />degree. In addition to any other sanctions, the court shall suspend the offender's driver's license, <br />commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, probationary license or nonresident <br />operating privilege for not less than thirty days or more than one year: No judge shall suspend <br />the first thirty days of any suspension of an offender's license, permit, or privilege imposed under <br />this subsection. (ORC 4511.251) <br />333.08 OPERATION WITHOUT REASONABLE CONTROL. <br />No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any street, highway or property open to the <br />public for vehicular traffic without being in reasonable control of the vehicle. (ORC 4511.202) <br />333.09 RECKLESS OPERATION ON STREETS, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE <br />PROPERTY. <br />(a) No person shall operate a vehicle on any street or highway without due regard for <br />the safety of persons or property. <br />(b) No person shall operate a vehicle on any public or private property other than <br />streets or highways, without due regard for the safety of persons or property. <br />This subsection does not apply to the competitive operation of vehicles on public or private <br />property when the owner of such property knowingly permits such operation thereon. <br />333.10 OPERATION IN VIOLATION OF IMMOBILIZATION ORDER. <br />(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or permit the operation of a motor vehicle <br />upon any public or private property used by the public for vehicular travel or parking knowing or <br />having reasonable cause to believe that the motor vehicle has been ordered immobilized pursuant <br />to an immobilization order issued under Ohio R.C. 4503.233. <br />(b) A motor vehicle that is operated by a person during a violation of subsection (a) <br />hereof shall be criminally forfeited in accordance with the procedures contained in Ohio R.C. <br />4503.234. <br />(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. <br />(ORC 4503.236) <br />333.99 PENALTY. <br />(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 303.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is <br />provided.) <br />2003 Replacement <br />
