s EXHIBIT A GAS PIPELINE EASEMENT Situated in the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, Village of Mayfield, Original Mayfield Township, Tract 1, O.L. 15 and O.L. 25, T8N, R10W and being more fully described as follows: Being a parcel of land lying on the west side of the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road as recorded as Plat Number 200302200329 of the Cuyahoga County Records and being located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road with the centerline of White Road; Thence, South 11 16' 33" East on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 1739.09 feet to a point; Thence, South Ol 06' 41" West on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 955.29 feet to a point; Thence, North 891 53' 19" West a distance of 63.00 feet to a point on the proposed right of way line, said point being 63.00 feet left of Station 95+91.12 on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road and the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; Thence, South 01 06' 41" West on the proposed right of way line a distance of 159.66 feet to a point; Thence, South 89127' 38" West on the proposed right of way line a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; Thence, North 001 06' 41" East a distance of 198.89 feet to a point on Grantor=s northerly property line and the south right of way line of North Chagrin Parkview Drive; Thence, southeasterly on Grantors northerly property line and the south right of way line of North Chagrin Parkview Drive along the arc of a curve to the right , with a radius of 65.00 feet, a central angle of 36E 51' S9" , a tangent of 21.66 feet and whose chord bears South 18E 19' 19" East 41.11 feet, an arc distance of 41.82 feet to a point; Thence, North 891 53' 19" East on Grantor=s northerly property line and the south right of way line of North Chagrin Parkview Drive a distance of 7.00 feet to the true place of beginning containing 0.081 acres.
