Ordinance 2004-18 <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2004, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the 9/11 Fire Safety House Fund the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars <br />($30,000); and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars <br />($20,000.00); and <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000.00); and <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Parkview Ballfield Fund the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($250,000.00); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Green Corridor Pathway Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($100,000.00); and <br />F. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seven <br />Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($725,000.00); and <br />G. Transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Ten <br />Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00); and <br />H. Transfer from the Anthem Conversion/Liquidation Fund to the General Fund the sum of Two Hundred <br />Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council fmds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take <br />effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council <br />and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />Mayfield Village 2004 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />
