ORDINANCE NO. 2004-40 <br />PAGE 3 <br />20. Golf courses <br />21. Tennis, platform tennis, paddle <br />ball, handball, squash or racquet <br />ball facilities <br />22. Warehouse and bulk storage <br />manufacturing and service plants, <br />production/distribution plants <br />23. Executive, sales, laboratories, and <br />research offices. <br />10 spaces per hole, 1 space per 35 sq. ft. floor <br />area of public assembly and 250 sq. ft. floor <br />area for over uses <br />8 spaces per court <br />1 space for each a-:5 2 employees or 1 <br />space for each 3981,000 sq. ft. of building <br />area, whichever is greater <br />1 space per 200 sq. ft. of floor area <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open <br />meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its <br />committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents <br />of Mayfield Village, Ohio.
