<br />sidowi~ngs or rear window.
<br />(E) No person shall operate on a,ny highway or. other publ is or ;private .property open to the prlblic 'for
<br />valzi.cialtir travel or parking, lease, or rant any molar vehicle that is required to be registerrlvcl in 'this state
<br />that as equipped with privacy drapes, louvers, cu:rtttiins or blinds unless ~khe drapes, louvers, cui~tgins or
