Center Road, 60.00 feet wide, at its intersection with the center line of Beta Drive, 60.00 feet wide, as shown on the Dedication Plat of said Beta Drive, as recorded in Volume 209, Page 11 of the Cuyahoga County Map Records; thence S 85° 04' 40" W, along said center line of Beta Drive, 280.00 feet to an iron pin found therein; thence N 04° 55' 20" W, 30.00 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Beta Drive, said point also being the Southwest corner of land conveyed to James A. Harth and Eileen C. Kenney, by deed dated August 26, 1987 and recorded in Volume 87-5992, Page 18 of Cuyahoga County records and the principal place of beginning; thence, Southwesterly along said Northerly line of Beta Drive, which is an arc of a curve deflecting to the right, said curve having a radius of 1,495.90 feet and a chord of 186.68 feet, which bears S 88° 39' 19" E, 186.81 feet to an iron pin found therein; thence N 87° 46'.02" W, continuing along said Northerly line of Beta Drive, 427.03 feet to a point therein, said point also being the Southeast corner of land conveyed to Progressive Casualty Insurance Co., by deed dated August 13, 1.982 and recorded in volume 15661, Page 567 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence N 02° 13' S8" E, along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to Progressive Casualty Insurance Co., 722.20 feet to a point in the Southerly line of land conveyed to Robert O.
