7 <br />Tl~e courk may suspt'nd fife execution of the three-clay <br />jail term under this subsection if the court, in lieu of that <br />suspended tents, places the offender under a cantn~unity <br />control sanolion pursuant in Ohio R. C. 29'9.25 and requires <br />the offender to attend, for three consecutive days, a dt`ivers' <br />intervention program certified under Ohia R.C. 3793.11). <br />The court also may suspend the execution of any part of the <br />three-day jail term under this subsection if it places the <br />offcgder under a eomtnunity control sanction pursuant to <br />Ohio R.C. '7929.25 for part of the three days, requires the <br />offender to attend for the suspended part of the term a <br />drivers' u~terventionprogramso certified, and sentences the <br />offender to a jail term equal ko the reiriainder of the three <br />consecutive days that the offendex claw not spend attending <br />fife program. The court may require the offender, its a <br />condition of community, conlxal and in addidgn to fife <br />required akteudance at a drivers' intervention program, to <br />attend and satisfactorily complete tiny treatn~cnt ar education <br />programs that comply with the minimum standards adopted <br />pursuant to Of~io R.C, Chapter 3793 by tlxc T3irector of <br />Alcohol and Drug; ~Lddictioq Services that the apcratgrs of <br />fife drivers' intervcntionprogrant determine chat floe offender <br />should attend and to report periodically to the ~eourt on the <br />offender's progress in the programs, The court aiso may <br />impose on the offender any other conditions of camrnuniry <br />control that it considers necessary. <br />2.
