II. or i ar a~ Of this section, a mandatory <br />jail term of sixty consecutive days, The court shall impose <br />tl~e sixty-day mandatory jail term tinder this subsection <br />unle55, subject to subsection (h)(3) of` this section, it instead <br />imposes a sentence under that subsection consisting of bat12 <br />a jail term and a term of electronically monitored house <br />arrest with continuous alcohol monitnrin~?, ar with both <br />electrontc monrtortn~ and continuous aicohol mo~utarine <br />i he court may impose a jail term iit addition to the sixty-day <br />mandatory jai! term. Nahytithstal~ding the terms of <br />imprisonment set forth in Section 303.49, the additional jail <br />term shall not exceed one year, and;he cwnulative jail term <br />imposed for the offense shall not exceed one year. <br />3. In alI cases, not<vithslanding the fines sei forth in Section <br />303.99, a fine of not less than five hundred fifty dollars <br />{550.00) aitd not morn than two thousand five hundred <br />dollars ($2,500). <br />~-.
