i Ohio's Political Subdivision Tort Liability Act (Chapter 2744, Ohio Revised Code), as well as the laws pertaining to workers' compensation whereby a Licensee could preclude its joinder as an additional defendant, or avoid liability for damages, contribution or indemnity in any action at law, or otherwise where Licensee or its contractor's employee or employees, heirs, assigns or anyone otherwise entitled to receive damages by reason of injury or death brings an action against Licensor. 19. Licensee agrees to indemnify Licensor against all fines, penalties or losses incurred for or by reason of the violation by the Licensee of any ordinance, regulation, rule or law of any political subdivision or duly constituted public authority due to its use of the Premises. 20. Licensee further agrees to purchase and maintain during the term of this License Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability, covering the above-indemnifying provisions with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, which limits may be increased from time to time by Licensor in a reasonable amount. Licensor shall be included as additional named insured, it being understood that said policy shall provide primary insurance to Licensor. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverage shall be furnished to Licensor and shall be mailed to FirstEnergy Corp., Real Estate, Facilities, & Security Department, 76 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308. Licensee shall cause the policy to be endorsed to require written notice from the insurer to Licensor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any cancellation. or change therein. 21.
