i <br />Ohio's Political Subdivision Tort Liability Act (Chapter 2744, Ohio Revised Code), as well as the laws pertaining to <br />workers' compensation whereby a Licensee could preclude its joinder as an additional defendant, or avoid liability for <br />damages, contribution or indemnity in any action at law, or otherwise where Licensee or its contractor's employee or <br />employees, heirs, assigns or anyone otherwise entitled to receive damages by reason of injury or death brings an action <br />against Licensor. <br />19. Licensee agrees to indemnify Licensor against all fines, penalties or losses incurred for or by <br />reason of the violation by the Licensee of any ordinance, regulation, rule or law of any political subdivision or duly <br />constituted public authority due to its use of the Premises. <br />20. Licensee further agrees to purchase and maintain during the term of this License Comprehensive <br />General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability, covering the above-indemnifying provisions with minimum <br />limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, which limits may be <br />increased from time to time by Licensor in a reasonable amount. Licensor shall be included as additional named <br />insured, it being understood that said policy shall provide primary insurance to Licensor. A Certificate of Insurance <br />evidencing coverage shall be furnished to Licensor and shall be mailed to FirstEnergy Corp., Real Estate, Facilities, & <br />Security Department, 76 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308. Licensee shall cause the policy to be endorsed to <br />require written notice from the insurer to Licensor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any cancellation. <br />or change therein. <br />21.
