RESOLUTION NO. 2004-15 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWING <br />MEDICAL OFFICES IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING <br />LOCATED AT 6690 THROUGH 6700 BETA DRIVE, <br />KNOWN AS MT. VERNON SQUARE <br />WHEREAS, First Realty Property Management by and through James <br />Grasso on behalf of the owner of the property located at 6690 through 6700 Beta <br />Drive, known as Mt. Vernon Square has requested the granting of a Conditional <br />Use Permit to allow medical offices as a permitted use throughout the entire <br />building; and <br />WHEREAS, monitoring of the parking lot has shown that there is more than <br />adequate parking to address such use; and <br />WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permits granted pursuant to 1149.02 and <br />1153.02 of the Codified Ordinances, have a life span of two years, and therefore <br />be rescinded and revoked in the event that the use becomes injurious to the <br />surrounding neighborhood or the parking becomes insufficient for medical offices. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Mt. Vernon Square, located at 6690 through 6700 Beta Drive, <br />is hereby and herein granted a Conditional Use Permit for Medical Offices as a <br />permitted use in the entire building subject to the two year review period mandated <br />in the Codified Ordinances. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open <br />meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its <br />committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
