RESOLUTION NO. 95- 2 8 INTRODUCED BY: A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN MAYFIELD VILLAGE BY CONSTRUCTING SANITARY SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH SERVICE CONNECTIONS THEREFOR AND THE NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO, IN WORTON PARK DRIVE, NORTH WOODLANE DRIVE, WOODLANE DRIVE, SOUTH WOODLANE DRIVE AND NORMAN LANE, BETWEEN CERTAIN TERMINI, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Mayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected or appointed thereto concurring, that: Section l. It is declared necessary to improve in Mayfield Village the properties described in Section 4 of this resolution by constructing sanitary sewers, together with service connections therefor and the necessary appurtenances thereto, in Worton Park Drive from an existing sanitary sewer in Wilson Mills Road to South Woodlane Drive, in North Woodlane Drive from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, in Woodlane Drive from North Woodlane Drive to South Woodlane Drive, in South Woodlane Drive from Woodlane Drive easterly approximately 715 feet and from a point approximately 165 feet westerly of Worton Park Drive easterly approximately 355 feet to the terminus of South Woodlane Drive and in Norman Lane from Worton Park Drive to a point approximately 130 feet easterly of Woodlane Drive. Section 2. The plans, specifications, profiles and estimate of cost of the improvement, prepared by Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., engineering consultants to the Village, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, are approved. The improvement shall be made in accordance with, and the grade of the improvement and of any street shall be the grade as shown on, the plans, specifications and profiles for the improvement. Section 3. This Council finds and determines that (i) the improvement is conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare of this Village aC?d the inhabitants thereof and (ii) the lots and lands to be assessed as described in Section 4 hereof are specially benefited by the improvement.
