RESOLUTION NO. 95-08 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOT CONSOLIDATION AT 286 SOM CENTER ROAD FOR PHIL AND IRENE LAZZARO WHEREAS, the property owners, Phil and Irene Lazzaro, at 286 SOM Center Road, are proposing the consolidation of five parcels, approved by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That Permanent Parcel Numbers 831-05-007, 831-05- 008, 831-05-009, 831-05-063, and 831-05-064 are hereby and herein approved for consolidation purposes into one Permanent Parcel Number. SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is directed to certify a copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Recorder, Auditor and Treasurer. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village.
