RESOLUTION NO. 95-09 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE LOT CONSOLIDATION AT 294 SOM CENTER <br />ROAD FOR ANNE STARC <br />WHEREAS, the property owner, Anne Starc, at 294 SOM Center <br />Road, is proposing the consolidation of five parcels, approved by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Permanent Parcel Numbers 831-05-010, 831-05- <br />011, 831-05-012, 831-05-013, and 831-05-014 are hereby and herein <br />approved for consolidation purposes into one Permanent Parcel <br />Number. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is directed to certify a copy <br />of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Recorder, Auditor and <br />Treasurer. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4.
