*FAILED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 14 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING A VARIANCE TO REVCO DRUG RELATIVE TO THE <br />COIAR OF IT'S PROPOSED SIGN <br />WHEREAS, Revco Drug has requested a variance from the color of sign <br />requirements in the Codified Ordinances, wherein which they would be <br />required to have a black and white sign matching the shopping center <br />wherein which they will be located; and <br />WHEREAS, to establish a color scheme for their sign different from <br />those of the other stores would require a variance from Council pursuant <br />to the Charter of the Village. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TFE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />SEGTION 1. That Revco Drug is hereby and herein granted a variance <br />from the sign requirements of the Village of Mayfield, relative to <br />color, allowing them to have a red and blue color scheme, similar to <br />their logo colors, and as depicted in their application for such <br />variance. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have <br />been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of <br />this Council and of its committees, resultingin such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of <br />the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3.
