RESOLUTION NO. 95-22 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE LOT CONSOLIDATION AT 770 <br />SOM CENTER AND 776 SOM CENTER, FOR THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mayfield has purchased 770 and 776 SOM <br />Center Road in the Village of Mayfield as and for the development <br />of a new fire station; and <br />WHEREA5, these two parcels will now be merged into one parcel <br />for the development of the fire station, and by reason of same, the <br />Village is consolidating the two lots, eliminating the lot line, <br />and requesting one permanent parcel number for the subject <br />property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-15-011, 831-15-010, <br />and 831-15-009, are hereby and herein approved for consolidation <br />purposes into one permanent parcel number. The legal description <br />for the combined parcels is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is directed to certify a <br />copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Recorder, Auditor <br />and Treasurer. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village. <br />It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the <br />affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to <br />Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time <br />allowed by law. <br />6 FIXLE , <br />Council President <br />First Reading: May 15 , 1995 <br />Second Reading: n/a , 1995 <br />Third Reading: n/a , 1995
