RESOLUTION NO. 95- 30 <br />1NTRODUCED BY: <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT <br />EQUALIZATION BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAlN PROPERTIES IN MAYFIELD <br />VII,LAGE BY CONSTRUCTING SANITARY SEWERS, TOGETHER <br />WITH SERVICE CONNECTIONS THEREFOR AND THE <br />NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO, 1N WORTON PARK <br />DRIVE, NORTH WOODLANE DRIVE, WOODLANE DRIVE, <br />SOUTH WOODLANE DRIVE AND NORMAN LANE, BETWEEN <br />CERTAIN TERMINI, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Mayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />that: <br />SectlOn 1. Pat Caticchio , Nancy Farinacci and <br />Tom Savoca , three disinterested freeholders of this Village, are appointed to <br />act as an Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine all timely written objections to <br />the estimated special assessments for the cost of improving certain properties in Mayfield <br />Village by constructing sanitary sewers, together with service connections therefor and the <br />necessary appurtenances thereto, in Worton Park Drive from an existing sanitary sewer in <br />Wilson Mills Road to South Woodlane Drive, in North Woodlane Drive from Worton Park <br />Drive to Woodlane Drive, in Woodlane Drive from North Woodlane Drive to South Woodlane <br />Drive, in South Woodlane Drive from Woodlane Drive easterly approximately 715 feet and <br />from a point approximately 165 feet westerly of Worton Park Drive easterly approximately 355 <br />feet to the terminus of South Woodlane Drive and in Norman Lane from Worton Park Drive <br />to a point approximately 130 feet easterly of Woodlane Drive, and to equalize those special <br />assessments as to them seems proper in accordance with law and with Resolution No. 95-28 <br />adopted by this Council on June 19, 1995. <br />Section 2. The Board shall first meet for that purpose in Council Chambers, Village <br />Hall, 6621 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, on August 24, 1995, at 7:00 p.m., <br />and upon the completion of its hearings and equalization shall report the equalized special <br />assessments to Council. The Clerk of Council shall, at least five days prior to the first meeting, <br />send a notice of the hearing by certified mail to all persons who filed timely written objections. <br />, Section 3. This Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to tlle adoption of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of <br />this Council and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in those formal actions were in meetings open to the public in cotnpliance with the law. <br />Section 4. This resolution is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the Village and for the <br />further reason that this resolution is required to be immediately effective to provide for the <br />construction of the improvement, which is necessary to eliminate existino, and potential hazards
