RESOLUTION NO. 95-39 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE CONSOLIDATION OF SUBLOTS 34 AND 35 <br />ON WORTON PARK DRIVE FOR CHARLOTTE AND KURT SAPORITO <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the <br />consolidation of Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-33-14 and 831-33-15, <br />known as Sublots 34 and 35 at the municipal address of 833 Worton <br />Park Drive, in the Village of Mayfield; and <br />WHEREAS, the consolidation of these two lots will improve the <br />area by increasing the size of the subject parcel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That the lot consolidation of Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 831-33-14 and 831-33-15 owned by Charlotte and Kurt Saporito, <br />at 833 Worton Park Drive, is hereby and herein approved. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village. <br />It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the <br />affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to <br />Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time <br />allowed by law. <br />Mi&K FIXTfER, <br />Council President <br />First Reading: October 16 , 1995 <br />Second Reading: N/A , 1995 <br />Third Reading: N/A , 1995 <br />ED: er 16, 1995 <br />6 <br />, DATE : <br />CE RINKER, Mayor
