Rinker and Council as a Whole A RESOI.LTTION OF APPRECIATION TO LAWRENCE FLYNN WHEREAS, Lawrence Flynn diligently served 1Vlayfield Village as the Ward Three Council Representative from January lst, 1976 to December 31, 1995; and WHEREt3S, Lawrence Flynn served as Council President from June-December, 1981; and served as Council President Pro Tem during 1980, January-June 1981, and during 1983; and WgiEREAS, as a member of Council, Larry faithfully served as a member of the Finance, Fireman's Dependents Fund, Public Safety, Public Service and Utilities, NI.A.R.C., Insurance, Ordinance Review, Water District and Safety and Service committees. WHEREAS, for several years during his tenure, Councilman Flynn served as Chairman of the Finance and Safety & Service committees and the Fireman's Dependents Fund. WHEREAS, Lawrence Flynn has been a dedicated public servant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF NIAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Lawrence Flynn be and is hereby recog'nized for his devoted service to MayCeld Village. Section 1. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio; on behalf of themselves and the residents of the Municipality hereby express their sincere appreciation to Lawrence Flynn. Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. One such original shall be presented to Lawrence Flynn. The other original shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a lasting tribute to Councilman Lawrence Flynn. Section 3.
