Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1994, Encumbrances were as follows: General Fund $336,102.80 SCM&R Fund $5,684.32 Community Room Fund $4,848.15 Recreation Fund $1,543.84 Street Lighting Fund $11,919.74 OBBC Permit Fee Fund $100.00 Performance Bond Fund $7,663.00 State Highway Fund $250.00 Hillcrest Area Radio Fund $98.00 Highland/S.O.M. Roads Improvement Project Fund $784.00 Municipal Complex Center Fund $100,000.00 Upper 40 Improvement Project Fund $10,000.00 North County Line Trunk Sewer Project Fund $8,942.50 Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $282.00 Mayfield Union Cemetery Trust Fund $25.00 Contractors' Retainage Account $25,444.06 Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salazies or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during. calendar year 1995, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00); and B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00); and C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Municipal Center Complex Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and Page 4 of 5
