See amended copy <br />INANCE NO. 95- 26 <br />RODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THREE 1995 WHITE <br />VICTORIA POLICE CARS FROM CHUCK PRICE'S BURTON FORD <br />BE ~ ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTIO 1. That the Police Department is hereby and herein <br />authorized to urchase three 1995 White Crown Victoria Police Cars <br />from Chuck Pri e's Burton Ford for an amount not to exceed Fifty <br />Five Thousand Fi a Hundred Dollars ($55,500.00). <br />SECTION 2. T e Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Cou it relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this ouncil and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, too place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all tatutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 1 .22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ord ance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately ecessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of M field Village, Ohio, and for the <br />further reasons set forth in he preamble hereof.
