ORDINANCE 95-33 <br />Every Hour $12.83 $13.35 <br />Thereafter <br />Second Class Firefighter First Hour $15.29 $15.90 <br />Every Hour $9.24 $9.60 <br />Thereafter <br />Third Class Firefighter First Hour $13.59 $14.14 <br />Every Hour $7.06 $7.34 <br />Thereafter <br />Fourth Class Firefighter First Hour $12.75 $13.26 <br />Every Hour $5.98 $6.22 <br />Thereafter <br />(g) The Village, shall, in addition to the foregoing compensation for members of the Fire Department, provide <br />accident insurance through the State Fireman's Association and pay the premiums thereof. <br />(h) For the Fire Department, for the purposes of calculating overtime, overtime hours are those hours worked in <br />excess of 159 hours for atwenty-one day cycle. Overtime hours shall be compensated at a rate determined <br />by dividing the employee's annual base rate plus longevity pay by two thousand seven hundred fifty six <br />(2,756) hours, and multiplying by one and one-half (1 1/2) times. Vacation ,holidays, personal days during <br />any portion of the work week shall be accounted for the purpose of determining the existence of overtime <br />worked during that period. (For the purpose of calculating overtime in a week that sick hours are used, only <br />the excess hours worked for that week shall be calculated by dividing the base rate plus longevity by two <br />thousand seven hundred fifty six (2,756) hours and multiplying by one). <br />4.
