1309.04 Lump Sum Permit Fee: <br />(a) Single-Family Dwellings For construction of a new single-family <br />dwelling a total lump sum permit fee of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) <br />shall be charged for all permits issued pursuant to the original plans as <br />approved. This will include the cost of all permits issued for construction, <br />heating and air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical work, certificate of <br />occupancy and final inspection. <br />The permit holder/sub-contractors shall be required to obtain <br />permits for the separate portions of the work herein after described and <br />shall insure necessary inspections and approvals are given, however, no <br />separate permit fee shall be paid. The lump sum permit fee shall not <br />include the cost of a permit for the construction of accessory buildings. <br />(b) Two-Family Dwellings. For construction of new two-family dwellings <br />the same provisions will apply as provided in subsection (a) hereof <br />pertaining to single-family dwellings, except that the lump sum permit fee <br />for each two family dwelling shall be fourteen hundred dollars ($1,400.00). <br />(c) Multi-family/Apartment Buildings. For construction of all multi- <br />family/apartment buildings, the same provisions will apply as provided in <br />subsection (a) hereof pertaining to single-family dwellings, except that the <br />lump sum permit fee for each separate building there shall be added one <br />Hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first floor plus seventy-five dollars <br />($75.00) for each additional floor, plus fifty dollars ($50.00) for each suite <br />in the building. In addition, [here shall be paid one dollar ($] .00) for each <br />100 square feet or fraction thereof of garage space whether the garage is <br />attached to the building or not.. This lump sum fee shall include the <br />original occupancy but not the cost of any subsequent annual inspections. <br />1309.05 Permit Fees <br />The following schedule of permit fees shall be used where the total <br />lump sum fees do not apply: <br />
