ORDINANCE NO. 95-70 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 1lTO.95-20 WHEREAS, there are certain transfers and amendments to the 1995 Appropriation Ordinance No. 94-19, that are required in order to conform the books and records of the Village to year end balances; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of Council to aniend Ordinance No. 95-20 in order to reflect such transfers and appropriate balances. NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORIDAINED DY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OffiO, THAT: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 95-20 is hereby and herein amended to include the following: sum of: RECREATION FEE FUND: That there be appropriated from the Recreation Fee Fund the $7,000 SECTION 2. That Section 4 of Ordinance 95-20 is hereby and herein amended to include new Sections F through K, which will read as follows: F. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and, G. Transfer from the S.O.M./Highland Project Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Fifty-Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine and 39/100 Dollars ($52,149.39); and H. Transfer from the Bond Retirement Fund to Fund 301 a sum of Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Two and SO/100 Dollars ($S4,1S2.S0) for the purposes of correcting the cash balance; and I. Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to Fund 401 a sum of One Hundred Ten Dollars ($110.00) for the purposes of correcting the cash balance; and J. Transfer from the Recreation Fund to the Scholarship Fund the sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Forty Nine and OS/100 Dollars ($4,983.OS); and, K. Return to the General Fund from the Recreation Fund a partial repayment of an earlier advance of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00).
